Product prices in the webshop are given in € (Euro) and they include VAT tax (brutto price).

Orders acceptance and execution

  1. These Regulations define the rules for checkout procedure and products sale in Better Shoes webshop.
  2. Fundamental condition for order execution is correct checkout procedure closed by sending the checkout form via website to the webshop sales order department.
  3. All orders in Better Shoes webshop are confirmed by e-mail message sent to the customer after successfull checkout procedure. Order can be also confirmed via phone call on special client request.
  4. If checkout form informations filled in by customer will not be complete or will be incorect, order will not be accepted and executed.
  5. Order can be placed any time and any day of the week.
  6. Client can choose delivery and payment method provided in checkout form.
  7. Delivery time takes from 1 to 14 working days (usually it's maximum 4 working days).
  8. If ordered product is not available, customer will be informed about this fact and about extend order execution time. If customer will not accept extend order execution time, order can be completely canceled or it can be proceeded without currently missing product.
  9. To each order will be attached sales document (VAT facture or receipt).
  10. Webshop administration will put efforts to present updated shop inventory on our website and availability of these products.
  11. Ordered products are delivered to the address provided in checkout process or specified via phone call.
  12. Order which will not be completed with payment within working 5 days, will not be executed.
  13. Orders with delivery address from the outside of The Netherlands will not be accepted.

Returns and complaints

 1. Returned goods should be sent back at your own expense.
 2. Goods purchased in a stationary store are not returnable.
 3. Damaged and used goods are not subject to return.
 4. Returned goods must be complete (they cannot be devoid of tags, tags). Products must be returned in their original, intact packaging.
 5. Returned goods should be sent back within 14 days of purchase at the latest.
 6. If the purchased goods have manufacturing defects or were damaged during shipment, please deliver them to the store together with the invoice / receipt and a description of the reasons for the complaint.
 7.The store will consider the complaint as soon as possible, but not longer than 14 days from the date of receiving the advertised goods.
 8.Products sold in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
 9. The warranty does not cover any kind of accidental or intentional mechanical damage (tears, cuts, abrasions caused by use), as well as damage caused by careless and improper use.
 10.The buyer is obliged to properly maintain the work shoes.
 11.The basis for accepting the complaint is the proof of purchase of the goods.
 12.The purchased goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and it is he who decides whether the warranty is valid and the period for which it is granted.
